The name Namaah is embedded as an underlay in the opening instruction. There’s a structure to these dreams and myths. Namaah might be near the center.

The ads blend into the story, and the story blends into the science. The MILD and VILD techniques Meg prescribes are real lucid dreaming methods used in sleep research. Meg’s own grip on the divide between sleeping and waking is blurring. Her dreams revolve around control now, and she can’t tell which parts are real.
