The descriptions are a bit vague, on purpose. Like The Lotus and The Pink Room, the facility's a place of imagined intense discipline. It's the DARPA of conditioning, really, and these audio stories reflect that status. DARPA of conditioning is a turn of phrase. Remember, the Neuralverse is a built fictional universe.
